Villa Collepere is an exclusive country house in the heart of the Marches that was skillfully recovered from a hunting lodge of the 17th century. It was designed to spend pleasant moments in an atmosphere of total relaxation, surrounded by secular trees.
Large and bright windows look onto the park that is in front of the villa and onto the other refined areas that the structure offers. The Villa is composed of 8 double rooms and 4 suites, two of which have a panoramic terrace. All four suites have a personalized style and each one is different from the other, to give the guests a peaceful and unforgettable stay.
An intimate and elegant wellness center with a sauna, Turkish bath and an emotional shower is available to guests staying in the villa. In the garden you can find a beautiful swimming pool with a panoramic Jacuzzi, where you can admire the suggestive vineyards while tasting a good glass of wine.
In the morning, the guests wake up to a rich buffet for breakfast served with typical local products and homemade cakes, which are in perfect harmony with the flavors and aromas that the area offers.
Villa Collepere is also the perfect location for any event, since it naturally enjoys elegant and fascinating environments thanks to the suggestive secular park, its garden with a swimming pool and the luminous internal hall.

A refined environment with antique furniture of Marches art, leather beds made by local manufacturers and walls hand-painted by local restorers that together enhance the elegant and charming rooms. Two Suite, Poesia and Sibillini have a wide terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the secular park, the vineyards and the green hills of the Marches.

Winery
Villa Collepere is surrounded by 4 hectares of vineyards which all belong to the Villa. These are planted with a variety of red grape Merlot, Cabernet and Sangiovese and white grape Verdicchio. The farm Villa Collepere produces Grilli’ Verdicchio di Matelica Doc and Il Collepere Colli Maceratesi Rosso Doc.
