“A territory is always recognized by its own culture and its people’s traditions. In a place of rural, humble and determined origins, past values are passed down through whatever is inspired by the characteristics of its land. A wine that needs no introduction. A label that enhances the Verdicchio and bestows the origins of our history.

There was a time when in the narrow streets of Matelica it was common to address our family with the name “grillino”. A nickname, a habit; customs and habits used to recognize someone who liked to walk around while having a chat and a laugh.

The shortened word “Grillí” is a spontaneous dialectal consequence “.
